Q. What are devices supported by Amkette Airbudz X20?

A. Amkette Airbudz X20 supports all Android, iOS, and Windows-based devices with Bluetooth compatibility.

Q. How do I charge these earphones?

A. When the Amkette Airbudz X20 are placed in the charging case, they will automatically start charging and it takes approximately 1 hrs for a full charge.

Q. How to charge the charging case?

A. To charge the case, connect it to a power source through a C-type cable. The indicator flashes white while charging, and turns solid white when fully charged. Please note that it takes around 1.5 hours for a full charge.

Q. How do I switch on/switch off the earphones?

A. Once you open the charging case, the earphones will automatically turn on. To disconnect the earphones, place the earphones back into the charging case, and close the lid this will put the earphones to sleep mode automatically.

Q. Can I use the buds independently?

A. Yes, you can use the buds independently. It has a mono capability.

Q. Do I need to pair both the buds after taking out from the charging case?

A. No, there is no need to pair the buds separately. It gets connected with each other automatically once you take out the buds from the charging case.

    Please don’t buy these pods because it’s cheap. Add more money to your budget and buy Boat’s pods.
    These have issue of connectivity, sound is not continous or flawless. While talking or listening to the music the audio will be gone for 2 sec and comes back. To top it up when you are taking on call your voice will not go through clearly it sounds very faded even when your background is quite like your home, outdoor i did not dare to try it!
    Amkette don’t have any driver update to fix the issues.
    Add more money to your budget and buy Boat’s Airpod 441 they work on my same phone flawlessly.

    After 3 months of use the overall battery backup along with the box is only 1hour, mic is useless I choose ear option everytime I get a call, connectivity is so poor when I put my phone in my pocket and turn my neck to sides the sound is completely gone, build quality is so poor you can see lights coming out of the joints of two parts, this is the worst product in this price. Instead go for boat neckband. You will save money plus get a product 10 times better than this one

    My first impressions of the truly wireless earbuds are pretty good actually. The sound quality is decent and the connectivity is excellent. For a price less than 2K one cannot expect the build quality to match those of Apple’s or Samsung’s

    I have been using these for a week now and I don’t have any complaints. There are no bugs in connection, touch controls work well and the battery life is good. Sound quality is quite good. I hate rubber tip earphones and these are the perfect shape, similar to apple airpods.
    Only super feature is mic quality. I have received some complaints that my voice was unclear
