    Why doesn’t fast charging appear when switching from wireless to wired charging?

    Fast charging may take up to 1 minute to activate when switching from wireless charging to wired charging. This is part of the normal charging mode transition.

    Can multiple devices be charged at the same time?

    Yes, the power bank supports charging multiple devices simultaneously. When two ports are used together, the total shared output is limited to 15W. When three ports are connected at the same time, the combined output is limited to 10W to ensure safe and stable charging.
