Once the order is placed, the details will be mailed on the provided email immediately. You will only be able to see the tracking details when the product is dispatched. It usually takes 2-3 days to dispatch the product and a you will receive a confirmation mail with the tracking details thereon. In case if there are no reviews on a product or the product is newly launched, do have a look at the Amkette Official Website/Amazon/Flipkart and Youtube Channel for it.

You can find the list of all the available service centers on our website and in the product manual which you will get with the product. In case if there is no service center available at your location, you can courier the product to our registered Delhi head office.

If you want to cancel the order, go to the orders section on the website and cancel the product from there. Once canceled, you will receive an email on your registered email address. Make sure to revert back on the mail so that the team can contact you for initiating the refund on the provided payment mode.

Evo gamepad 4 is compatible with all the Snapdragon, Kirin, and Exynos android devices. Currently, its is not compatible with Android Mediatek and iPhones.
