Return Policy



If you buy on you can buy with confidence. We have a “no objections” Return Policy. You don’t like the product, or there is a fault in it, no problem. Simply get in touch with Support and we’ll initiate the return and refund.

Just a few points to keep in mind:

  • You need to ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as you received it, with all accessories included.
  • After receiving the product we will inspect it and let you know.
  • If all is well, we will process the refund within 1 working day of us receiving the product.
  • In case something is missing we will inform you, and deduct the cost of the missing part from the refund amount.
  • It can take up to 12-15 days for the refund to be processed (though normally it is much faster). The refund is processed by our payment gateway to the original mode of payment.
  • If the return has been initiated in the event that there is NO DEFECT in the product, we will subtract a Service Charge of ₹75/- from the refunded amount.
