FAQs
What's in the box?
Can I charge my phone, earbuds and Apple Watch at the same time?
Which phones are supported, and will every phone charge at 25W?
The charger supports compatible Qi2.2 magnetic-charging phones and supported older Qi/BPP wireless-charging devices. Not every compatible phone will charge at 25W. Maximum charging power depends on the phone’s supported charging standard, the power adapter and charging conditions. Magnetic attachment alone does not establish support for the highest charging speed.
Which power adapter should I use?
What are the magnetic ring and centering scale used for?
The magnetic ring adds magnetic mounting convenience to compatible phones or cases, while the centering scale helps with ring alignment. Your phone must already support wireless charging. Adding a ring does not add wireless-charging hardware or automatically enable 25W charging. The magnets provide alignment; the phone’s charging hardware determines its charging capabilities.
Can I charge any smartwatch or earbuds case?
The watch charging module is intended for supported Apple Watch models only, with up to 2.5W output. The earbuds charging area provides up to 3W for supported wireless-charging cases. A case that charges only through a cable is not suitable for wireless charging. Check compatibility for your exact watch and earbuds case before use.
Can I charge my phone without removing its case?
Use a compatible case that allows proper magnetic attachment and charging alignment. Thick, metal or battery cases may interfere with charging. Remove cards, wallets and bulky attachments from between the phone and charger. If charging is slow or does not start, try removing the case and repositioning the phone.
Is it normal for the phone or charger to feel warm?
Slight warmth can occur during wireless charging. Keep the charging setup uncovered and away from direct sunlight or other heat sources. Excessive heat should not be treated as normal: stop charging, allow the devices to cool and contact support if the issue continues. Slight warmth alone is not proof that the charger is operating correctly
