    Poor reliability and very bad customer service

    I had purchased Amkette Hush Pro Epic M Mouse on 4th May 2025. The product has stopped working and is currently unusable. I have already sent a video to your tech support team and customer service clearly showing the issue.

    This mouse has been my daily driver for office work, and its sudden failure is severely affecting my productivity. I had contacted your customer care earlier today, but regretfully, I did not receive any satisfactory support or guidance on how to proceed with the claim.

    Given that the product is well within the warranty period, I request immediate action on this issue.
